At Timbertown Vet Hospital, we understand that vet bills can sometimes be unexpected and we will do our best to help you find solutions to cover your veterinary costs.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, EFTPOS & direct deposit payments.

We are not a financial institution so we cannot offer you credit accounts or short term loans but we do offer PREPAYand VETPAY payment plans.

Please note. VetPay must be approved prior to any treatment or procedure commencing.

The idea behind PrePay is simple. You can pay instalments in advance to us at any time (regular instalments work best though) & will be recorded as a credit for you. Any credits you have accrued are applied to your next vet bill or vet purchase. Simple as that!
This can give you some peace of mind knowing that the next time you need us, your next vet bill will be partly or even fully covered depending on your credit amount at the time.

Our PREPAY service is hassle free and best of all, there are no extra costs.

No setup fees, no pre-approval, no monthly fees & no interest.

Instalments can easily be made with cash, EFTPOS, a credit card or by direct deposit.

VetPay Payment Solutions are designed to help pet owners pay for veterinary expenses & allow treatment to start immediately but pay for it over time. Pre-approval can be done at home on line or in the clinic by our staff.

Once pre-approval is granted it sits ready for up to 3 months just in case you need it.
There are no charges for pre-approval and you don't pay anything until your pet actually needs treatment.
